One down, six to go.

Today was our first Santa Claus Parade (can you believe it? in November!). It was in Weston, which is in northwest Toronto. So at least it wasn’t far to drive.
We paraded for about 45 minutes.  The route went downhill. How do I know this? Because we had to walk back to our car, which was parked at the beginning of the route and it was uphill all the way. And I was carrying the DS’s knapsack. If you know anything about gemini femmes, you know her knapsack was full of all kinds of femme accoutrements. Thankfully, she bought me a DQ Blizzard on the hike. And yes, we had ice cream in November – what’s it to you?
I came home, showered, made salads for the week and I’m thinking that’s all I can handle today. I’m going to bed to read and watch ‘Flip That House’. And yes, it’s only 6pm – what’s it to you?
Next weekend, we have three parades: Pickering, Brampton and Cobourg.
